Angels On Duty, Inc. how it all began.

When my Grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease,  I brought her home to live with us.  At the time, I was the director of a major home health company in St. Louis, and my Grandmother needed care 24 hours a day.  I thought I could do it all, but I couldn't.  I needed help.

None of us ever plan on needing help or bringing a stranger into our home.  I think about this every time I interview a potential employee.  I ask myself... Would I want this person in my home with my Grandmother all day? 

One morning I was talking with my Grandmother and her caregiver, Joan.  When I asked my Grandmother if she had a good night, she replied, I had an Angel On Duty.  At this point in my Grandmother's disease, many times she wouldn't be able to answer me, but after she said that to me. I knew she had the right caregiver who was doing all the right care.

My hope is that you will have the same wonderful experience as I did by having caring, loving, and conscientious caregiver in your home.  I want our Angels On Duty to not only meet your expectations, but exceed them."
