Julie Vermilye is the Office Manager. Julie assists with all aspects of the business, accounts payable/receivables, human resource management, and payroll.

Sharon Vermilye, R.N., is the President. Sharon graduated from Missouri Baptist Nursing School in 1985. Sharon has been in the business of finding angels to care for the elderly, and has an extensive background in home health and private duty care.

"When my Grandmother became ill, it impacted our entire family. I needed someone I could trust to stay with her so I could continue working. The lady that stayed with my Grandmother was often referred to an an "Angel" who was sent to us. Caregiving is not a lost art! With the right supervision and set of expectations, caregiving is truly rewarding and a worthwhile profession.

My Grandmother always said, "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice." My goal is to provide caregivers who will honor my Grandmother's motto."
